-There are 2 options:
1. You can download the form by clicking here and type in the requested information, save it to your computer, and then email completed registration to Registration@GCASportsAcademy.com. Payment then can be mailed to the mailing address below. The other option is to download the form, print a hard copy and write in the answers. You can then mail to the mailing address below along with payment.
